I'm sorry to hear that you haven't receiving your voucher from signing up with us. Can I just check with you that the voucher was offered from a comparison website? Or was the voucher offered directly from us?
Also, when you received the confirmation email of your order, was there a confirmation of the vouchers included in the email?
