£75 joining credit

Hi

I recently signed up via curry's with the 27 per month for 100mb broadband, no upfront costs with 75 credit on the first bill contract. When the email came through, it stated that I was to be charged up front costs (curry's then refunded me the up front costs). I've got my first bill and the only issue that I have is that the 75 credit has not been added.  When will this be added to my account?

Thanks, Julie

Re: £75 joining credit

Who promised the £75 credit? Currys or Virgin Media?

Re: £75 joining credit

Hi,

The 75 credit was part of the virgin deal that i signed up. Currys promised a 100 credit separately.

Thanks

Re: £75 joining credit

How did Virgin Media offer you this additional credit, if you ordered through Currys?

Is this the Currys offer?

Re: £75 joining credit

What documentation do you have from both Currys and Virgin Media as to what each offered you? I suspect you will need proof if you believe Virgin Media offered you an additional credit.

Re: £75 joining credit

Yes, I have the email from virgin confirming my order with the 75 on it. Is that enough proof? Or do you think I need more?

Re: £75 joining credit

It’s certainly a good starting point.

Perhaps it will appear in your next bill, having shown that you have paid the first bill?

Re: £75 joining credit

Yeah I've seen the same response to similar questions but just wanted to make sure.  I will wait for my second bill and see how that goes.
