£75 joining credit not added

Hi,

I was told I would have £75 bill credit added to my account via the original joining email I received in August. However, this is not on my account and your customer care team, who I have contacted many times by phone and through the messaging service, said I need to send screenshots/email. I have not been successful with this as the chat keeps closing before someone replies/technical issues and they could not provide an email address to send the pictures to over the phone.

Can you please help me?
