£50 bill credit not applied

I took out a contract with a £50 bill credit or free Alexa as options and took the bill credit, however this has not been applied to the first bill.

I spoke to someone on the phone, however they said that they couldn't help as I got the contact online, so I contacted through the online chat. I have tried the online chat several times however never received a reply.

 

Can anyone help, with how to get this credit, or a better way to contact virgin?
