I am sorry to hear that the price has increased and it does sound like you have come to the end of your promotional term. 

Can you give the cancellations team a call on 0345 454 1111 options 1, 4 and 4 so that this can be looked into.

An increase of 48% would suggest you're currently on a promotional discount around a third.

You should price up your services from alternative suppliers and see what prices to aim at with VM retentions.
