43" LG tv delivery

I recently made a new subscription to bigger tv+sports with fibre500. I received my new virgin kit yesterday but can find absolutely no information as to when my LG promo tv will be delivered, any help with this please as I'm not pumped up with sports channels and internet but no means of watching them.


can you follow up for me as well please, truly this entire experience is enough for me to just cancel my services at the moment. Thank you in advance. if you require any information please just send me a message.

Is it the same model of TV that you were advised was part of the package?



its almost impossible to get an answer from virgin, its taken 6 days off work so far for this tv, i could have just bought 2 with the money its cost me. I just want a working tv.

Hello, I have been waiting over 3 months to receive my free 43”lg tv. I have called customer services numerous times and they just said they will fill out a hardware exemption form and that I should be contacted within 3 months but no one is contacting me. I’m extremely unhappy with this. I am paying £79 a month and was offered this tv as a promotion and it said I would be receiving it within 30- 60 days.

Many apologies for the issues faced with the order, can I ask to clarify was the gift showing in the original order confirmation sent?




There was a promotional offer off £200 bill credit or the 43”tv when I did the application. All it said in the confirmation email what which services I went for and how much it cost.
