Just checked my bank transactions and found the monthly price has increased by 40%, I cannot see how this increase can be justified or what the point of a contract is. Will hope to have dialogue with them tomorrow. I’m prepared to leave if this is ongoing. Anyone else had this nasty experience?

Our teams are able to identify if you have Volt benefits active on your account, so I wouldn't be able to advise on why the opposite was advised when speaking with our team - I'm really sorry about that. The one thing we cannot identify at the moment is eligibility for benefits to be added, as this is done by a separate team.
