When I upgraded my package, it was stated there was no activation fee, however on the bill I I've been sent it states there is a £35 set up fee? Can someqone tell me why this is as I can't get through to call centres
I got a new tv box as only had broadband before. However, when I upgraded via the app, I chose that bundle because it included tv but was the only package that didn't require a £35 fee. That's why I'm confused and was just hoping someone could clear it up for me as it's obviously hiked the bill up considerably (to over £100) next month!
