30 Day Cancellation Notice/150 number

Hi,

Just spoke to C.S. Rep. and was told I can't give any longer than 30-days notice.

Also, I have found the 150 number to be frequently engaged (over a number of days), the same C.S. Rep. said they had never heard of this.

To be clear I am out of contract and wanted to give longer than 30-days, due to the "Covid" difficulties in getting through to VM. Can someone confirm it is only 30 days and mustn't be longer?

Ta

Re: 30 Day Cancellation Notice/150 number

Don't waste your time trying to reach them via phone or sms or chat.

Its impossible, they will transfer you some other team then the call will drop of I spent many hours for nothing.

I will just send them a notice letter then I will cancel the direct debit.

I will never ever be a customer anything related with Virgin again for their stupid give up tactics. (dropped off 3rd time after 1 hour).

I hate you VM and branson.

Re: 30 Day Cancellation Notice/150 number

I actually connected in 24 mins - but after three previous fruitless days.
I just wished I'd kept a list of the number of C.S. advisors (all businesses not just VM) that say "Oh, I've never heard that before". It would be substantial.
