£25 charge hasn't been refunded after 2 weeks of waiting.

I was recently charged £25 for having a service engineer around to sort out the mess the previous engineer left. I got in touch and was told it would be refunded. Well 2 weeks later it's still not been taken off.. Not happy 🤔
