2 account 1 email

can somebody help please I am trying to view my virgin media account on the app but I currently cant do that because I have got 2 account numbers linked to 1 email address. so when I login into my account it  showing the account that isn't active not the account that got activated today is there anyway to get the account I don't want linked deactivated so I can then see the account that i am actually trying to log into.
