2 Calls to Customer Services and still no Free TV - About to Cancel my Service!

I have had two very long text chats with customer services over the course of two months along with opening a complaint ticket and despite being told in my last conversation on 25th March that my issue has been escalated, I am still yet to receive my Free TV.

My install was December 2020. I had been pretty pleased with the service up to that point, but the fact I have not received the TV as promised is seriously making me consider cancelling my services based on breach of contract.

This is just now beyond a joke and my good impression of Virgin is now in the toilet. 

Anyone else having the same issue?
