I can't contact anyone about my account. I've spent three days ringing at random times. The website is broken and I can't change my package or renegotiate my contract. The price has suddenly become expensive for no reason. I will consider leaving if there is no way of contacting virgin, but even for leaving virgin want me to ring them!
If the website would let me change the contract I would do it there but it doesn't work either. Can virgin media ring me instead?
