150 cancellation not working

I have got to my 30 day notice period. I want to cancel as my contract will go up £25 a month when this contract ends. So I rang 150, went thru all the options and get to the cancel contract option to be to that due to coronavirus, this option is closed! Tried to email but told my email is not available, tried sending an email to complaints to be told that isn't working either! How do I get out of this contract !?

If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.
