14 day cooling off period

I phoned and cancelled my tv & broadband subscription during my 14 day cooling off period but have been informed by an advisor that I still have to give 30 days notice , what charges will this incur

Nope, incorrect advice via the VM CS agent. Refer to T&C's section M part 7

Sorry to hear you are leaving our service. As mentioned by @goslow, the 14-day cooling period is different to a 30-day disconnection. If you need any further help with this, please let me know and I can look into this for you.
