12 month contract

Having a lot of difficulty talking to your customer services with delays of hours between responses it's quite frankly a joke.  My issue is the following : 

My contract says it expires on the 26/3/21 but my installation was delayed
until the 7th May 2020 due to the covid pandemic. I was told the 12month
contract would run from the installation date but checking my contract
today it appears not to be the case.
Please can you amend my contract to run the full 12mths from 7/5/20 to 7/5/21 ?

PM me to help get this resolved please.

I believe the contract runs to May now even though the billing says different. Time will tell but I'm not entirely confident we shall see......

Thanks for confirming, if that's the case they may have manually changed this so the automatic information would still show as previously but the discounts will still run until the agreed to date.
