Having a lot of difficulty talking to your customer services with delays of hours between responses it's quite frankly a joke. My issue is the following :
My contract says it expires on the 26/3/21 but my installation was delayed until the 7th May 2020 due to the covid pandemic. I was told the 12month contract would run from the installation date but checking my contract today it appears not to be the case. Please can you amend my contract to run the full 12mths from 7/5/20 to 7/5/21 ?
