11 months not 12?

Hi, I signed a 12 month contract on 30/11/2018 and have received my current bill, generated on the 12th November and is not at the discounted rate? surely this would be 11 months not the 12 months stated in the contract? looking back, I have paid 11 months at the discounted rate, and my final one has removed that discount?

Re: 11 months not 12?

Hello

Dont forget the bills are paid in advance so the current bill will be outside of the contract period, your first bill would have been 1 mth payment + an amount too the billing cycle. So your current bill is for December and as you contract ended on the 30/11 that will make it correct.
