Signed up with a £100 amazon voucher offer and haven't received it yet just wondered if anybody had received there's thanks

According to the email I received after taking out my subscription in July said,

Details of how to receive your gift will be sent to the email address provided after 120 days from your purchase

The offer also included a Topcash reward of £38 but at this time has not been paid or shown as pendy. I have registered a case which has not been sorted yet

Anyone got the Topcashback payment yet
