When I joined with VM the offer included £100 bill credit which doesn’t seem to have been applied when I check the upcoming charges for my first bill.
I don’t have a great deal of confidence the guy I spoke to on the phone set it up properly, is there a way to check without being stuck on the phone for ages?

Sorry to hear of this credit dispute. Have you got documentation of this credit being on the order? If so, let us know and we'll proceed further.
So I’ve checked the contract emailed to me and I can’t see anything applied on it however I have a screenshot of the deal offered and a time log for when I spoke with VM on the phone. The deal was confirmed verbally to me and i was told it was processed.
I’ll give you fair warning, if I’ve been had over and it’s not going to be applied then I’ll be cancelling, I have no patience for this kind of nonsense.

Can we ask how you applied for this bill credit, was it directly through us or were you using a 3rd party to join our services (compare the market or similar)?
If you have documentation that you are to receive this £100 on your order, then we will need this as evidence.

As you have placed your order through a 3rd party comparison site and not directly through ourselves, we normally ask you to contact the company you placed the order with as they're the ones that credit the account.
Have you contacted compare the market about your £100 bill credit for Virgin Media.
