Hi. On 3rd Jan 2023 I signed up via a link on Money Saving Expert website that included £100 bill credit. Please can anyone advise when that should that appear in my account? Many thanks Lindsey

If you signed up for Virgin Media services through a 3rd party who has offered any gifts / rewards / credits, then we kindly ask you to reach out to the 3rd party site for this credit as offers done by them are with the site directly and not with Virgin Media directly.
