£100 Amazon voucher

When I signed up part of the contract was £100 Amazon voucher.  The activation link was to be  after 120 days and the claim must be submitted after 90 day thereafter.  

My order was placed on 22 May and I still have nothing from no-reply@giftcloud.com

What is going on and who I should contact to activate it?

Hi Elana,

I hope the following brings you more success.

Customers that signed up for amazon voucher offers  via either Giftcloud or broadband choices should contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at 

customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk  

and quote the following:

1.your purchase date,

2. the product/package purchased

3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers] or CH (and 10 numbers)

4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)
