£10 given and £10 taken!

I noticed that the direct debit taken from me in Sept was £10 less than normal.

I logged into my account and my contract said at the bottom  "A little EXTRA, we have knocked an extra £10 of your next 15 bills " As I must be one of the longest existing customers I assumed it was in recognition.

Today I received an email that stated it was noted that I had underpaid by £10 and unless I sort it they might cut me off.

Well I dont make payment i.e., it is taken by direct debit.

Anybody else having issues like this? It is not helped by the fact that my contract was adjusted by £10 each month at the beginning of the year when it was renewed.
