I am trying to register my account, no one answers the phones, or the real time web chat help, and there is no email help. Ironic and annoying for a communications company. Any way I am trying to register the account and it keeps asking for the answer to a security question which I havn't set up yet. Then a page comes up saying virgin media page has 'gone down. Help please.

Unfortunately you will need to ring into customer service, they seem to be mostly unavailable during the days currently so I would suggest trying now or between 8am and 10pm tomorrow.
