Hello,
One of my virgin media accounts (my mothers) and my own one are both signed up to the same email. However, I have tried to change the email manually on my mother's one through the account settings, but I don't get an email telling me to click a link to verify on my new email until 4 hours later. Also, I have asked the technicians who come to change my email and both times they have changed my account email to a different one but it didn't work. Any suggestions as I cannot access my own personal virgin.
