I am trying to change my land line package, I want to reduce my bill because of the recent price increase. It is only possible to make you bill more expensive on line. I have been told i HAVE to telephone to make reductions to my account services.
I also have a new email spam problem that normal online filters are not stopping so i need to speak to tech support.
But the main contact number is unobtainable...!!! Mo message, ho holding que, No connection!

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting though to the customer support team.
They are extremely busy at the moment and sometimes the message will say that they are unable to take your call.
