Our wifi has been down for 2 days now, we have a Hub-3 and it is just flashing green, I have tried all the usual resets and online tests etc and power leads are all in properly, I am trying to book an engineer online as I have been cut off twice after a 45 minutes.
Has anyone else experienced this?
And does anybody know how i can book an engineer without calling?
