i'm wondering if someone can help to put my phone number in to the Directories please. Also my virgin app is showing iv'e got an outstanding bill that should have been paid on 29th April but i paid the bill by debit card on 16th April and showed as bill paid. Can someone look into this as don't want any fees incurred.
In relation to the billing, you've said you paid it manually. Did you also cancel the direct debit at the time? If not then we'd still attempt to take it as the direct debit would need to be cancelled also.
To confirm also, are you wanting your phone number in or out of the phone book please?
So what happens that I've done payment manually cause was told in past if I do it manually well before direct debit date then the direct debit would jump onto the next month? You will probably see my bill is paid on system.
