voip

Phone was not working so V.M transfered me on to VOIP main phone now works but the extension phone and my alarm auto dialer are  not working

you'll need to connect the extentions to the hub. VM will not deal with extensions

The VM engineer made the connection as shown in the attached pictures. the second picture shows the alarm and extension connection that leads from an ntl nte5 master socket to the  hub
