Sorry to hear you've been facing some issues with your phone line and that you have a red light showing on your hub. This isn't particularly an issue we're aware of, but this light does indicate that the hub is overheating. This can sometimes happen with the hubs, however this could be a result of the warm weather in the UK. Is your hub well ventilated?
I've been able to locate your account and can't see any issues from this end, the same goes for your landline. I think it's best that we arrange an engineer visit for you so we can check the hub out and replace if needed, they'll also be able to check the landline issue for you too.
