As someone who rarely uses the landline, I have just discovered that I am unable to call out on my home phone. I am able to receive calls though.
The line has always been extremely crackly, which I had put down to my phone rather than the line (maybe mistakenly), however, now there is not even a dial tone. At least the crackling has stopped. I have run the diagnostic test on the line, which says there is not a problem.
I have recently upgraded to the superhub 4 and noticed that there was a section on plugging the phone into it. But as there was no adaptor provided in the box I ignored it. Is this possibly the reason or is an engineer visit due?
I have managed to locate your account, I have ran some diagnostics and we are going to need to get an engineer out to you, I have taken the opportunity to book this for you, you can check the time and date via your online account.
