i have recorded calls to virgin media for a number of years . today there was a knightmare call
i rang over a life line box which was refused . i said im recording the calls as there a warning marker
on my account ...
the rep reply im not happy u recording the call but my reply all the calls get recorded but the calls if i
need for ombusman never get recorded that why there a warning marker .there is not .
she hung the phone up ,,
SO THE FACTS ARE I RANG 20 TIMES AND ONLY 1 CALL WAS RECORDED ...
SO CAN U PUT I RECORD ALL CALLS MARKER ON MY ACCOUNT ..
