Ever since ive had virgin landline three mobile network can not connect to my virgin landline i get a message saying the number you have called is not recognised, its more important now has i have have my 93 year old mother living with us now and she cannot use a mobile. dialling from another landline works but mobile network doesn't.
i have tried changing landline phone, changing mobile phones trying another network, turning the hub off unplugging the hub
but still no change.

Hi Gaynor thanks for your confirmation of details - that was enough to allow me to run further diagnostics (I'm just bringing this back publicly for now).
There aren't any faults on out network that could be causing this. I know you've mentioned the Three network, but you also mentioned you tried different networks too - can you confirm if you mean you've used different SIM cards in your mobile phone and it still doesn't work?
- please also confirm if you've used your SIM Card in another phone and you're still getting the same message?
I understand you may have already answered these questions in your original post, but I want to make sure I understand correctly exactly what the situation is which will help us to resolve this.

yes we have tried GiffGaff sim as well, also have asked other people to try and call us using there mobile with no luck, today i asked my friend on sky mobile and he said that he got back call failed.

I've escalated this to our second line faults team now, as there's no reasons why this should be happening for you!
They'll attempt to give you a call back on this matter as soon as things can be resolved so what's the best mobile number for you?

Sorry for getting back to you but an Engineer never turned up i got a text saying they could book me in for an earlier date than i had, so confirmed yes but no body showed just want to know are they still coming on the original date booked.
