I had an engineer a couple of days ago come to fit the adaptor for the phone into my hub 3,I told him I was getting a  new hub 4 the following week and he told me it would all get activated when the new hub arrived,the hub arrived today and worked fine except the telephone part is not enabled,can someone on here please help.

Hey Marantz, thank you for your post today and sorry to hear the telephone is not working. 

Did the engineer say he was coming back to install this if so did what did he advise you?

I've had a look on our side and I can what you are saying. 

Have you tried to plug it in or you need some help with that? Thanks

Hi,it's plugged into socket 1,the engineer said all I had to do was plug it into socket 1 and it should work,it would not activate when he came because I was getting the new hub and it would not let him do it.

Hey Marantz, I am very happy we have managed to get this issues sorted out you. I happy to confirm we have an engineer coming out to set the adaptor up for you. Thanks
