My cordless phones do not work since switch to fibre, I think I need an engineer

Welcome back to the community forums 

Sorry to hear that your phones are not working since the switchover. 

Have you received the adapter through the post and connected this into the TEL 1 port at the back of your router with your landline then connected into the adapter rather than the master/extension socket? 

Once this is all set up, please also reboot the router. 

Let me know if you have and if this set up has worked in resolving this for you after the reboot.
