I can't post on the switch over forum for some reason. Could someone tell me how i book an appointment for an engineer and also if my land phone cannot be connected will Virgin stop taking my payments for the phone.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Can we just clarify that you want to book an engineer for your home phone switchover or is this is relation to another issue?
With regards to charges, if for any reason we were unable to connect your landline, this would not reduce the cost of the package until your contract is due for renewal.

Thanks for your reply. I have managed to sort out the problem with switch over, engineer came yesterday. Thanks for the other info.
