Re: subject access requests

HI there @checks_38

Cheers for popping along to our Forums and posting to our Community wall.

The information provided by our VIP @DJ_Shadow1966 is for any GDPR information; this will be for things like, what information we hold on you like email addresses, telepohone numbers, address and that sort of thing.

If you are looking for a Data Subject Access Request in regards to needing account information or notes or call recordings and that sort of thing, this can be requested by any agent. A complaint would be logged and then their manager would request the DSAR. We then have 30 days to respond to your request.

Hope that helps.
