I registered a complaint on 24/09 all I have received is two mails containing a link to your "useful" guide. No ref number - nothing. - I had a nothing issue that could have been sorted.
Tried calling today and all you do is send me a text link to my bill. So very rude. I as a human rang up to talk to a human. To get text is disgraceful and disrespectful. Maybe you guys should remove your heads from a dark place and try being a customer and see how you like it
After nearly 20 years as a VM customer I'm done. As soon s I can cancel I will. Your customer service is dreadful. What is really annoying is you know it and don't care. Now all I want to do as soon as I can is cancel my service. I'm done with VM

All I want is a bill that shows how much of my bill is for the Broadband. Simple this isn't reverting the wheel! I need to be able to demonstrate how much of my bill is for web access.
I can't be the only person asking for this type of information. The garbage that the CS team have been feeding me is beyond any normal persons patience.

Thank you for expanding on this for me. The cost of your services comes as a bundle, so I'm afraid that providing you with a breakdown of what each individual service within that bundle costs isn't possible. Sorry.
