My land line plugged into the VM wall socket hasn't worked for a couple of weeks now which is very annoying. I have just updated my router to the hub 3 hoping to plug my phone into the router but it didn't come with any lines or adaptors in order for me to do this (also very annoying).
Could you please send one to me so I can use my phone service again.
If you were previously plugged into a VM telephone socket, then it should still be plugged into the wall socket, the hubs connections are only normally enabled on new installs or if an engineer has done the swap over at the cabinet due to a fault, this will be dependent on the area you are in.
