router adaptor

Hi Virgin.

My land line plugged into the VM wall socket hasn't worked for a couple of weeks now which is very annoying. I have just updated my router to the hub 3 hoping to plug my phone into the router but it didn't come with any lines or adaptors in order for me to do this (also very annoying).

Could you please send one to me so I can use my phone service again.

Hello

If you were previously plugged  into a VM telephone socket, then it should still be plugged into the wall socket, the hubs connections are only normally enabled on new installs or if an engineer has done the swap over at the cabinet due to a fault, this will be dependent on the area you are in.

Sorry to hear of your landline issue. Can you tell me if you get a dial tone on your landline phone when it's plugged into the wall socket?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. No there is no dialling tone at all. I have purchased a new phone aswell thinking that was the issue but nothing at all.
