retaining phone number

Hi

Transferred back to Virgin yesterday and all working well except the phone line has allocated a new number.

Not sure if just takes a few days for existing number to be transferred, so is there anyway I can check that number being transferred ok?

Just want to confirm didn't miss a tick box on application and getting transferred might be delayed.

Need same number kept as working from home like many.

Thanks for getting in touch with us -jfm-, I have been able to locate your account and without giving any personal information, I can advise that it has been requested and we are waiting for your former provider to accept the order.

 

We dont port the number over straight away to make sure that your line is working correctly, so you should have no issues when the number is transferred over to us.
