I have an elderly lady neighbour who is also a Virgin Media Customer. She has a terrible noise on her landline . I tried dialling 150 from her phone with no success. She has no family living in the UK and I'm trying to help her by reporting this fault.
Any time that I log into Virgin Media it seems they automatically assume that I have a fault with my Service.?
I have been unable to speak with someone in person to fully explain the issue. Can anyone please help. Thanks in advance.
