Landline phone has message "Please check line cord".
No dialling tone on phone. The phone I have unplugged and replugged, checked cords, connections and the batteries all seem fine.
So my hardware seems fine. What other line cord may I be missing in my checks.

Thank you Sabrina for resolving this.
All these days my wife and I thought it was our phone at fault because it said "check line cord". I only took a chance and posted on this webpage in case I was missing some check. How lucky it was you who picked up and ran with it until you fixed it.
