problems with my landline. Plus Virgin mobile have moved to O2, so can't connect that way.

Do you have someone at the top of this crap organisation that insists on making it almost 100% impossible to contact a real human - NOT a chatbot - to sort out your even more crap services? If so, give them a pay rise as they're doing an excellent job. Landline not working - no dial tone - so can't ring you on that, plus Virgin Mobile has moved to O2 so all your old contact numbers are now...yep, you've guessed it: defunct.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and are feeling let down by us. 

I'd be more than happy to look into the landline issues with you, can I ask if you are connected to the wall socket or the back of the Hub? How many other pieces of equipment are connected at this point?
