I was unaware that I could register as a priority due to vulnerability but found it by accident when I was trying to report a fault with my phone. The Customer Care option seems no longer available so I have no way of registering. How can this be done? My phone hasn't been working for days and the last time I booked online for a telephone engineer, no one turned up. I think that the booking process wasn't working properly online either. It really is VERY important that I have a phone as not only am I registered disabled but my father is very seriously ill in hospital and I need to be able to communicate with the hospital.
