Could someone please help with porting my old phone number to Virgin? I have been trying to do this since Friday and called Virgin numerous times and just get sent to different departments and none of them have been able to do it. I have been trying since 9am this morning. 2.5 hours later and I have had to call back twice - now still waiting to speak to someone. Apparently these is some 'fault' on my line and it can't be ported right now and needs the technical team to look at it. BT say there is no reason why it can't be done as far as they are concerned.
They also say my services haven't been activated ... but everything is working fine (apart from slow internet).
