Supposed to be having a Virgin engineer install phone and broadband this weekend, only to be told by Virgin that the porting request for my existing number has been rejected by Sky because the landline number doesn't match the post code on file. Sky tell me there is no such issue on their side. Virgin tell me there is.
There has never been any such issue before with my postcode matching my landline number. I need to keep my existing number so at this rate I will be cancelling my transfer to Virgin !
