Welcome, thanks for posting.
If we do not do it on the instalment date, we would need to wait until the install has gone ahead. To then send the order off, as we would need to install you with a temporary number.
It would be around 8 days after the install date, when your number would be ported over, as the number needs to be on the system for us to request the port over.
We can help with this, let us know when everything is installed, then we can go from there.
