Hi Anyone

I have an apparently daft message, saying my landline mailbox is full.

As far as  I know, it doesn't have a mailbox.

Would someone be kind enough to wise me up and if the message is right, how do I clear the mailbox thing please?.

BTW, the settings on the handset offer a deletion, but it keeps looping without deleting.

Cheers

Cliff

Hi EddyFiss,

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing phone issues, from reading the issue it wouldn't seem to be a problem with our landline, are you receiving a lot of voicemails etc?

Let us know,

Kain

Hi Kain

I said it was a daft message,  but I jumped to the wrong conclusion. As the handsets are BT jobbies, I tried there and was told to go 1571 and delete...... You know what, I should have thought of that first!!

Yes, I cleared the lot and it's absolutely fine now. And, no, its not a problem with your landline.

Sorry I bothered you.
