phone out again

our land line is dead again ( second time this week) and the test results say they can't find the cause of the problem. I phoned on my not virgin mobile and got an automated response and a text link to a site that just repeated the tests I had already done. How do I report the outage? How do I get it fixed?

Hi Julia, thanks for reaching out to us inn our community I am sorry to hear your phone line is down again, I have had a look our end to see if I could find any know issues and wasn't able to find any issues, as you have already ran all our checks I have now arranged a technician for you, you will receive a message advising the appointment if this isn't suitable you can change this via your online account ,

finally got through on my mobile and passed on to 2nd line senior who checked it , called back and fixed it. Phone now working.
