We have recently set up our home tv, broadband, and telephone package and was meant to get our old phone number ported over.
I understand it can take upto 10 days.
But its been over 2 weeks and the number hasn't changed.
Would really appreciate your advice here and what to do next?

I have the same situation but can't find a number or contact point at Virgin to sort it out. Does anyone know who/how to contact at Virgin. The service centre telephone number is very well hidden
