phone not working on menu system

Back in may I posted that my phone did not register menu selections which they seem to fix but has gone again

Hello. You also can follow this way. Restarting your phone shuts down and refreshes all background services, which could have crashed and led to your issue. Press and hold the Power button to display the power menu, then tap Restart if you're able.         waffle game

The phone has been restarted several times does not make any difference at all.
